Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification / SMS from Westberry Furniture including a tracking number that can be used to check your order status. Please allow up to 72 hours for the tracking information to become available.

  • Return the Item: Ship the item(s) back to us, ensuring the product is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.
  • Shipping Method: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Inspection of Returned Items & Processed Returns

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your return.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 3 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Partial Refunds
